On July 16, Hubei's first "China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan" rail-road combined international train departed from Wuhan Central Station of China United International Rail Containers. This train adopts a multimodal "rail - road" transport mode. Goods are transferred by road from Kashgar in Xinjiang, exit China via the Irkeshtam port, pass through Kyrgyzstan, and ultimately arrive in Uzbekistan.
The train optimizes customs clearance procedures and transport modes, enabling single declaration at the origin, with containers not switched or opened throughout the journey. This "single declaration" and "container through" exit model greatly improves transport efficiency.
Since its operation, exports from Hubei to Central Asia can reach customers quickly, significantly reducing comprehensive logistics costs. Total transport time is shortened by about 10 days compared to before, effectively compressing order delivery time and helping enterprises enhance their competitiveness in international markets.
